Frank Sanchez boasts four decades of financial technology experience with numerous success stories throughout his career. Prior to his current role, Mr. Sanchez served as the co-founder and CTO of the digital bank Zenbanx, which was acquired by SoFi in 2017. Mr. Sanchez also served as corporate EVP and President of Enterprise Banking and Retail Solutions of Fidelity Information Services Inc (NYSE: FIS) from 2007-2011 and global director of R&D from 2004 on.

Mr. Sanchez joined FIS after the Company acquired his previous bank software company, Sanchez Computer Associates (NASDAQ: SCAI), for $184M where he was the co-founder and CEO for 24 years. At Sanchez Computer Associates, Mr. Sanchez was the chief architect and developer of the industry’s first and one of its most successful core banking systems, which operates across hundreds of financial institutions around the world and is recognized as an industry leading banking platform for direct banks.

Mr. Sanchez also served as a board member for payments system provider, TSA/ACI (NASDAQ: ACIW), global technology and consulting services provider, Covansys (acq by CSC), and KYC/AML compliance and screening services provider Regulatory DataCorp (RDC).

Mr. Sanchez leads the overall strategic direction of Finxact and is the chief product architect for the Finxact cloud-native core banking platform.

Deborah Kovacs has over three decades’ experience in financial services and bank technology, having been part of product leadership at companies including Akcelerant (now Temenos), Ardmore Banking Advisors, InvestorForce, and CashEdge, which was acquired by Fiserv in 2011 for $465M. Prior to this work, Mrs. Kovacs served 12 years as the SVP of Product Management and Development at Sanchez Computer Associates (NASDAQ: SCAI).

Jim Joyce leads the engineering, architecture and technology teams responsible for building and delivering Finxact Core as a Service. Jim has almost three decades’ experience in core banking and financial technology. Prior to Finxact, Mr. Joyce served as VP of Software Engineering and CTO for Zenbanx, a FinTech delivering multi-currency digital bank accounts. Jim served in many roles with Sanchez (NASDAQ: SCAI) and FIS Global Inc (NYSE: FIS), where he worked at all levels of leading global banks and FinTechs to successfully convert to real-time core banking and drive digital transformation.

Sadhana Akella-Mishra is an experienced professional with a decade of banking risk management and compliance and a proven background in financial services. Her knowledge and experience in building business specific compliance framework and implementing strategies is vast, and she is extremely adept at building solutions with cross-functional and multi-national teams.

Prior to joining Finxact, Ms. Akella-Mishra served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Geoswift, focusing on Chinese cross border payments and the Senior Manager General Compliance at Ripple, where she worked with enterprise blockchain global payments. She also previously served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Zenbanx, a mobile multi-currency bank as well as the Regional Head of Anti-Financial Crime-Fraud Deutsche Bank, the seventeenth largest bank in the world.

Christopher McClinton brings over 15 years of experience in financial services technology to Finxact. In his role as CMO, he has responsibility for Finxact’s go-to-market strategy and technology partnerships. Prior to joining Finxact, Mr. McClinton was Senior Vice President at American Bankers Association (ABA), and President of its for-profit subsidiary ABA Payment Solutions, Inc.

Mr. McClinton is a subject matter expert on payment technologies and their regulatory environments. He is a frequent speaker at industry events on emerging technologies in financial services. Mr. McClinton is an accredited ACH Professional (AAP), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and received his MBA with a concentration in Finance from George Washington University.

Bill Clinton is a senior financial leader with over 25 years in the software, services and insurance industries. He most recently worked as the chief financial officer at NSM Insurance, a managing general agency and program administrator for specialty property and casualty insurance. Prior to NSM, Mr. Clinton was the CFO of CSMI, a charter school management company with schools in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, which included the creation of a new school in Atlantic County, NJ. Before joining CSMI, he was CFO at Vitalyst, a PE backed service organization, where he was tasked with preparing for and leading the company through a sale process. The previous 20 years were spent at software and service organizations in senior financial positions with Sanchez Computer Associates while the company grew from $5M to $98M, and SunGard Higher Education, a $500M provider to colleges and universities. Mr. Clinton began his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ryan Victor has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career as a sales leader selling full service financial products for boutique investment firms in NYC. Prior to joining Finxact, Mr. Victor worked with technology providers such as Apple Inc (NASDAQ: AAPL), where he managed a business development team, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) as an FSI Senior Account Manager, Finastra as a Strategic Account Manager, and Mambu as the North America Sales Lead. Mr. Victor’s diverse background in FSI and fintech allows him to share a unique perspective and skill set with our clients.

Tom Lowry has extensive experience as a financial services business and technology executive. As Chief Operating Officer of Finxact, Tom has responsibility for product, technology, marketing, strategic partnerships, implementations, and operations. Since joining Fiserv in January, 2019, Tom has served as COO of Biller Solutions and CIO of Payments.

Before joining Fiserv, Tom was Head of Group Technology and Engineering at Worldpay U.S., where he had responsibility for merchant services, digital commerce, and ATM. Before Worldpay, Tom was CIO over global managed services for insurance and investment products at SunGard Financial Systems (now FIS). Tom’s experience as a business and technology leader spans start-ups, private equity-backed, and publicly traded companies, primarily in financial services and other regulated industries.

Tom studied engineering at Purdue University until he left to pursue a startup opportunity. He subsequently completed his studies at DeVry University, receiving a B.S. in Technical Management.

Anthony Fuoti is driven to help technology organizations develop their most important asset, their people. As SVP of Talent Development at Finxact, Anthony uses more than 25 years of knowledge and capability in Learning, Technology, Consulting, Performance and Talent Management to develop and grow technology talent.

Prior to Finxact, Anthony was at SoFi, helping to shape SoFi Money, and Zenbanx, developing a multi currency P2P platform which was purchased by SoFi. He also served as Vice President, Sr. Training Manager, for PNC University providing strategic direction for the development of talent in the Technology and Operations organization. Anthony holds Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Operations Management from Drexel University.

Prior to joining Finxact, Mr. Huff served as SVP of Enterprise Change at Texas Capital Bank. He also previously worked at Bank of America as a Change Management Executive and also led the Global Quality Assurance organization for the Wholesale Bank.

As SVP of Software Development, Pat Kelly provides leadership for core application development, support, and release management at Finxact and has over 20 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering real-time core banking software.

Prior to joining Finxact in 2018, Pat was a Director of Client Services at FIS and managed support, regulatory development, compliance, and service delivery for dozens of outsourced and licensed core banking clients in production.

Amanda leads the product and testing teams as the SVP of Product Development at Finxact, and is responsible for prioritizing and executing the company roadmap and ensuring a quality outcome for partners and customers. She has over 20 years experience leading projects and managing teams with deep knowledge of core banking and financial technology.

Amanda previously worked as VP of Program Management at Barclays in the core transformation unit launching a new consumer lending product. In addition, she served in a variety of leadership roles at FIS Global including Product Line Manager and Program Manager for the Profile Core Banking Product.

In his role as SVP of Partnerships at Finxact, David drives the company’s partnership strategy to accelerate growth and in-market platform adoption. He also shapes key go-to-market priorities for the delivery of the Finxact core with key implementation partners.

David brings years of experience in the digital banking space. Prior to joining Finxact, he spent 12 years with Deloitte, where he co-founded its Banking as a Service (BaaS) platform. David advised banks of all sizes, challengers, and fintechs on how to enter the U.S. market and offer differentiated banking products and customer value propositions.

Herbert has two decades experience in financial technology. Prior to Finxact, Mr. Fredrick served as Fiserv’s SVP of Enterprise Operations and CIO of a Fiserv business unit. Herbert has served in many roles throughout his 18 years, where he worked at all levels leading technology teams and supporting clients through their financial technology journey.

Sathish leads the Internationalization of Finxact and the India delivery center in Bangalore to support Finxact's rapid growth phase. He has over 25 years of experience in building and successfully launching enterprise scale banking products and platforms for global markets. Sathish has worked on multiple large product led complex Digital transformation programs for marquee Banks in APAC, EMEA and in NA.

Sathish's global exposure comes from living and working out of Bangalore, Tokyo, Copenhagen, London, Pittsburgh and Melbourne, with some of the best minds in the banking and tech industry. Prior to Finxact, he held leadership roles in Fintechs like FSS Tech, SunTec, Oracle and started his financial product journey with Flexcube at Citicorp.
